Courses, leadership development and strategic consulting for people and organisations ready to challenge business as usual.

Work with us

Shall we challenge the familiar?

We work with feminist leadership, strategy and sustainable change.

From open courses and programmes for organisations to longer consulting partnerships where we get closer to your organisation, your people and the challenges you are actually facing.

For people who want to challenge their own practice, explore new perspectives and bring something useful back into their everyday work.

Our courses consist of one to three modules of three days each. When a course includes several modules, they are spread over time, leaving space to experiment, apply what you have learned and return with new questions.

For organisations that want to learn together.

We design tailored courses and development programmes for teams and organisations, adapting the content, format and schedule to your reality.

The starting point can be leadership, strategy or organisational change – but the programme is shaped around what is actually happening in your organisation.

A longer partnership

Sometimes a course isn't enough.

In our longer consulting partnerships, we work closely with your organisation over a minimum of eight months. We spend time inside the organisation, work with real challenges and become part of the everyday reality for one or two days a week.

We observe, ask questions, challenge, facilitate and work alongside you to create change that can actually be felt.

Not a strategy report that ends up on a shelf.

Something we build together.

Let's have a conversation

Do you have an idea, a challenge or something in your organisation that needs to change?

Book an informal conversation with us. Tell us what you're working with, and we'll explore whether LYNG might be the right partner.

You don't need to have the answer – or even the perfect question.

“I was completely blown away by the facilitators, the content, the other participants and the pedagogic approach.”
